Subscription & Payment

By subscribing to GDocsPlus, you agree to pay applicable fees according to the selected plan. Payments are securely processed via Stripe. We reserve the right to modify pricing with advance notice.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period, after which no further charges will apply. Partial refunds for unused time or features are not provided.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to GDocsPlus if you violate these terms. Termination may be immediate and without prior notice. Upon termination, your access to the add-on and related services will cease.

Warranties & Disclaimers

GDocsPlus is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free service. While we aim to maintain smooth performance, we cannot guarantee perfect functionality.

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of GDocsPlus. Our total liability will not exceed the fees paid by you in the previous 12 months.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of GDocsPlus.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside or conduct business.

Severability

If any provision in these Terms of Service is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms will remain effective.
